Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not waterproof, guaranteed.

UPDATED REVIEW: After seller submitted a picture of a leaking seam, seller refunded the full cost of the cover. So I increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars because they stand behind their product. It took a while, but I'm fine now. Also, they remain very polite, which is good. ORIGINAL POST without "You stopped replying. So I have to dispute the charge on my credit card.”: This cover only lasted 8 months before I noticed water seeping into the boat. I built a wooden support structure for this that doesn't allow water to collect, so I was surprised to see so much water. Upon further examination and slipping under the covers, I saw that water was seeping through the stitching crossing the temple and the sewn-on loops for tying. See pictures. Speaking of a leak, after about two weeks there were liters of water in the bow. Calling customer service with a one year warranty claim was difficult. They were nice on emails but gave me the apology and asked for a detailed analysis of the leak, where it's coming from and some duplicate photos back and forth over many weeks. Towards the end they offered me a 20% refund because I had been using it for 9 months now. Nowhere in the description does it say anything about a pro-rated warranty. I asked for a full refund as the leak was within the warranty period and is still there when I print this. They then offered to provide a support post and I reminded them that I had previously sent photos of a fully supported deck with my wood structure to keep water from collecting. They then asked for more photos of the leaking seam. I told them they didn't need it because I had already sent them pictures showing water inside the boat. I don't care where the water comes from through the lid. I sent it anyway and again said I wanted a refund. I have since purchased another case from RVMasking. That's about another $50. Let's see how it is.
