Disappointing Quality and Irresponsive Customer Service at CoverYourHair

I don't want to ruin anyone's party, but I have to admit that CoverYourHair disappointed me. Their claim that they are committed to assisting you in finding the ideal accessory to finish your appearance is a little deceptive. They had a poor selection, and their quality and customer care were even worse, in my opinion. First off, the price is not justified by the bad quality of their accessories. When I contacted customer service about a headband I bought that broke after a few days, I was greeted with total silence. They also have a confusing webpage. It's difficult to traverse because it's clumsy and disorganized. And even when you do discover something you like, the images are frequently blurry and inaccurate depictions of the actual item. Finally, they offer no customer support. To get an answer, I had to go after them, and when I did, they were abrasive and unhelpful. It's disheartening to see how poorly a business that professes to be committed to its clients treats them. In conclusion, I would advise looking elsewhere if you're seeking for high-quality accessories and friendly customer service. If CoverYourHair wants to contend with other online accessory retailers, they have a lot of work to do.
