I waited a few weeks to get a run-in period before checking. In a nutshell: I like it. Buy it. Removing links is quite difficult at first, but follow the instructions, pay close attention to the arrows and you should be fine. As you can see in the video, after removing the links, it fits me perfectly. Not too loose to not follow closely, but not too tight to allow my poor wrist to breathe. It's great for work wear and hasn't lost its color at all. I switch straps when I exercise because the sports strap I use keeps the tracker closer to my wrist for better heart rate, but the strap is really easy to take off and put back on. Since the band sits snugly on my wrist, I don't even notice it when I'm sleeping (in fact, I like it more than the band my batch came with). I haven't showered with it, but that's only because I don't like showering with the load. The strap also doesn't interfere with the charging cable at all.
