For a very long time, I've had the idea to purchase an induction cooker as a gift. My decision was to go with the Kitfort KT-108 since it lived up to all of my expectations, it has a number of different cooking modes as well as a manual mode, it brings water to a boil in a very short amount of time, and it cooks food more quickly than a traditional electric stove.
