To be objective, the mouse is actually very good. 6 years for a mouse is a very worthy indicator in my opinion. But as always, there is a fly in the ointment, which decided the outcome in choosing the next device. First, my G910 keyboard started to fail (which I also wrote a review about and how Logitech support kicked me off with my problem), then less than a month later the mouse breaks. Useful to see what the market offers now. And no matter how much I loved Logitech before, I realized that it was time to get off this "needle". The company believes that users are able to forgive everything for the sake of the coveted letter "G" illuminated on their devices, and it was this opinion that once ruined Nokia. Yes, I bought a mouse from a completely different manufacturer as a replacement, just because I no longer want to be disappointed in my previously beloved company. It was a real bummer when you realize that you like both the G502 and G Pro, and you are basically ready to buy the G402 again, but only the reviews of people using these devices indicate that I am not the only one who has support refuses to repair during the warranty period. And imagining how, having bought a mouse for 10k, I will take it to the trash in 6 months, because there is a possibility that they will refuse me the guarantee again, you make a choice in favor of the manufacturer, from which you donโt expect the โwow!โ effect at all, but in fact his product is really good! In general, this review is no longer about a specific mouse, but about the company's policy and attitude towards end users. And about the mice themselves of the latest revisions, judging by the reviews, there is nothing good to say (in terms of quality).
