I am a woman and bought these because women would pay $8-12 more for "women" thermos. Complete nonsense, IMHO. That being said, let's continue with the review (which might help the guys). I am 5ft 11in and 160lbs. After reading the reviews I bought the XL which fits me perfectly. Not too tight, but not baggy at all. I'd say if you're a male it starts to pull at 175 pounds, maybe earlier in the shoulders if you have broad shoulders. The body length is long and goes down my buttocks, the sleeve length is right up to my wrist without being tight or tight. I gave it four stars because it's what I was looking for, a lightweight shirt to wear for fall/indoors. winter clothing. These are not the old school thermos that Haynes used to make. I wouldn't wear them outdoors for long periods of time and expect them to stay warm. Lies comfortably on the skin, does not shrink when washed. All in all a decent layer for the money if you find the right size.
