Easy to use, it's super fast. And it was easy to configure in terms of both configuration and user permissions. I can't say anything bad about this product. Highly recommended! A bit expensive to set up initially but it makes sense later when all you will be doing is managing requests which makes it very worthwhile. I would recommend trying it out first and seeing if it fits your needs before buying it. We use HaloPSA to help our clients understand their request issues so they are able to get them resolved quickly and effectively. The best thing about HaloPSA is that it has all the services under one roof. It's easy to use and provides great customer support through live chat. I like how it offers many different kinds of plans. It also has a lot of integrations which helps in managing all my clients' needs in one place. Nothing at the moment. Maybe more user friendly updates so it's easier for the users to navigate. We are solving our client issues by using this software.
