The Favorfit bottle was of great help to the woman she loved who was not drinking enough fluids and helped her lead a healthier lifestyle. As for me, I've found that I've been drinking plenty of water the whole time, but I prefer to use a bottle instead of glasses each day. It is easy to wash and easy to fill. It comes with a soft sponge brush as well as a diffuser which I haven't tried yet but will soon. A good product!
