You turn on the music on the phone, then open the music control on the watch and wait from 3-20 seconds (here it’s lucky, sometimes it doesn’t work at all) to receive data from the phone. Then you press let's say "next track" and there is a delay of 3-7 seconds and the track switches. Volume works the same way. And the saddest thing is all this happens all the time, as you go out on the clock from the player. If this synchronization took place once before switching on, I would not say anything. The next minus stemming from the fact that a fitness bracelet, not a watch. Music control is not possible when using a stopwatch, timer, etc. There is no multitasking at all. You can do only one action. As I wrote above, the firmware is very raw. Translated into 2022, only the main menu items. Cast dials and AOD in English. AOD to choose from, only two dials, arrow and digital. As for the measurements, everything is at the level of Beep or MiBand. The applied rendering gives, but does not guarantee accuracy. As for me, the bracelet is not bad, but it climbed too high with this price, there are a lot of competitors of the same company nearby with much more functionality. And if you add a little, you can take a Samsung or the same Apple, albeit an older model and not the same autonomy. But on the other hand, with a normal level of measurement of indicators, and not with exemplary and full-fledged functions of smart watches.
