I think a 115mm platter would work better. Rotate the plate and press the lens plate.
Purchased to work with a Sigma 50-500mm lens. This lens foot has only 1 hole to attach the foot to the lens plate, this plate gives you 2 screws to attach. When I push the lens plate towards the front of the lens, the flange on the lens shaft doesn't match the curvature of the front of the lens. The plate is too long with many overhanging inscriptions. I think a 115mm platter would work better. Rotate the plate and press the lens plate against the straight back of the lens shaft and tighten the screw. It seems to work. a lot of extra lens plate hangs over
