I really wanted a good ergonomic keyboard and mouse configuration as I've been working from home so much lately. I actually found the ergonomic form factor nice and comfortable, but got two wrong orders in a row, which has never happened to me when buying electronics. On my first order, the keyboard and mouse seemed to work fine except for the scroll wheel. Mouse only scrolls in one direction. I researched the issue fairly thoroughly and after a few troubleshooting steps decided it wasn't worth fixing a new mouse so I ordered a replacement. My replacement came in and the second mouse was 100% defective and didn't work at all. I tried this on both laptops and my other mouse worked fine on both but it was unresponsive. The keyboard worked well except when I'm typing fast and it seems like it can't keep up with my speed, regularly skipping letters and eventually whole words, unless I stopped and slowed down significantly. All in all a terrible experience which is a shame because I was really looking forward to this setup!
