Works great! Last week we were sitting with the dog and one of the dogs decided that chasing chickens and plucking feathers was a fun new game. We quickly got out our new training collar and started explaining to them that chasing chickens is bad game. The collar worked great and was easy to set up. The screen clearly shows the intensity level and is easy to read. There are 3 buttons: the top one is a beep, the second one (yellow) has a bar so you can easily find your place in the controller without looking at it. This button makes the collar vibrate. The black bottom button is the swipe button. There's also a switch to change the controller's channel, so you can control two collars from one controller. I really like the strap that attaches to the controller. It can be worn around the neck or detached for a quick give to someone else or to slip into a pocket. The collar itself is quite light and suitable for small and large dogs. My 15 lb dog could carry it although it would be a little bulky. It comes with 2 lengths of tines, we used the longest tines and they were slightly shorter for our fluffy Australian Shepherd. We really had to wiggle our teeth through his fur, but it works. Once you know the size of the dog that will be wearing the collar, you can easily trim off the excess collar. We tested the impact force on ourselves, and more than 7 was very uncomfortable. I didn't have the courage to go to 14!
