Size small but cute

Size 6-12 fits size 2 (3-6 months more likely) Size 12-18 fits size 3 (6-12 months more likely) My daughter is 9 months old and size Bought 2 but was too small. I returned them and bought size 12-18 months and they fit perfectly. She pulls on the laces, so I tied them at the back of her ankle.
