This chopping board has quickly become our favorite! When we received it we were very happy with the packaging, overall quality and design... however decided to use it for a few weeks before posting a review to get an idea of its potential long-term functionality and durability make. While we definitely liked it at first glance, the experience of daily use over the past few weeks has only increased our love for it. this despite our sometimes exuberant knife skills...or lack thereof :D Its thickness assures us that it will last longer than other lower quality chopping boards we have purchased from Revain in the past. While comments about the thickness and solid construction have some wondering if it's too heavy and bulky, the board is surprisingly light and easy to carry around the kitchen with one hand. The design is well thought out and the garnishing/dipping trays certainly make this an attractive serving board for charcuterie. All in all, you can't go wrong with this board! Thanks to its excellent price and durable quality, it will be an indispensable helper in your kitchen for a long time!
