Incredibly difficult to open
After I bought it because I needed a replacement, I knew how difficult it would be to open it. I was NOT prepared for how awfully HARD it is to open! My husband and I struggled with the old one until I figured out what I thought the "trick" was, but it didn't work with the new one. I really really REALLY didn't need it, I would toss it back in the box and bring it back for the night! That's why I only give 3 stars; There must be a better design.
