Review on 🧱 Lightweight Split Vegetable-Tanned Leather Side Pieces: 2 lbs, 9 sq ft by Michelle Langley

These are various trimmings made from the bottom half of a split hide so the thickness varies from piece to piece and both sides are rough. I received 11 pieces, each the size of a sheet of printing paper or larger. Some of them had skirt pieces, but most are all thick enough to be shaped and worked on a bit. I am very happy with it and will order again. I'll update the review once I get around to dying the piece to say how it holds up the color or quality in a second order. ***UPDATE*** A second order has arrived and I'm still happy but now for a different reason. This time I doubt he did 9 square feet. I would give the size I received. but math. It was damn close though. There were more non-standard shaped pieces and only 9 pieces. That's bad news, but the seller seemed to know that he was giving me less area because he was giving me better cuts. I didn't have a skirting board and all but one piece were thick enough to be used for any type of stamping or sculpting you might want to do. They're still floor cracks, so rough on both sides, but with a bit of Fibing's acrylic resoles on, you can hardly tell.
