They're perfect if, like me, you can't keep track of your keys. I've made it a habit to always hang my keys under the light switch by the front door and so far it's working! Easy installation, takes less than 1 minute. I got a lot of compliments from the guests who noticed it. It holds my keys easily with the key fob that comes with it, I have 4 keys, my car key and a fairly large key fob with a picture and the magnet probably won't hold everything. I also use one of the included key rings to hold my sunglasses so I don't lose them around the house. I've installed them on all the electrical boxes near the porches in our house, they're worth the price.
