We have been using Bunn coffee makers for many years. We love that they make a good cup of coffee quickly. However, this model makes coffee so quickly that it can be a problem. We had no problems with our regular coffee, which is a typical grind for automatic filter coffee machines. When we filled in the finer ground coffee, the basket overflowed. I contacted Boon and they sent me a limited flow spray head. A 10 second fix that seems to have solved our problem. These coffee makers appear to be designed to only use coarser ground coffee. know about it. and if you buy one I would speak to Bunn about getting him a limited spray head as sometimes the coffee you are trying to make might be finer ground. I would tell Bunn that this concept of speed isn't worth the potential reputation damage they can inflict and slow him down a bit. or find a way to prevent the shopping cart from overflowing. We had to buy a drip tray and put it under our kettle because now we don't think it won't ruin our counter and floor.
