Frustrating Best in Clips, Arm & Wristbands

I can't do it anymore, it keeps coming up. It still looks new and fits comfortably. But I can't handle it anymore. My watch flies off my wrist at least 3 times a day but now that it's getting colder outside I feel like even if my coat rubs the wrong way it flies away. The quick release on this track is driving me absolutely nuts, the only way I CANNOT get it to pop is if I wear it loose and then it doesn't track anything properly.
