I use this water bottle in my office, then take it to the gym and drink water there, then mix in my protein shake when I get home. Wash, rinse, repeat. Whoever designed the actual shape of the bottle put a lot of thought into it because ergonomically (and functionally) it's the best water bottle I've ever owned. Yes, I was just praising the water bottle's ergonomics, but I was actually surprised at how all the little nuances of the bottle make it so great. It's very easy to hold and drink from, which is important when you're constantly on the go. The removable filter is a nice touch. Finally, like any responsible company, this water bottle is BPA-free, which is a huge plus for me and should be for you too.
