EDIT 12/11/18 speaker still working! My dad really liked it too so he recently bought one for himself. I ordered this summer 2016 and it's still working fantastic! I needed a small, inexpensive Bluetooth speaker and was pleasantly surprised. I've tested the waterproof claims by showering very often and it still works great. Remember to reinsert the plug on the side before getting it wet. Pairing is quick and easy, and it has a decent range. There is a small LED on the top left of the front panel that flashes blue when not connected, solid blue when connected, solid orange while charging, and solid green when using the aux cable. Very nice gestures. In terms of sound quality, the highs and mids are nice and clear, and the bass is powerful without overwhelming everything else. If this speaker breaks, I'll probably order another one!
