I was very impressed - The coasters themselves are thick, slightly heavy and sturdy. They expand three times, and I think to a maximum height of 8-10 feet.- Each piece has its own case, the softboxes have their own black packaging, and the lamps and stands come in separate boxes. they are in the original bag. This makes it very easy and organized, you pack them up and go without any unnecessary extra hassle. The bulbs themselves even have styrofoam in the boxes for extra protection. They are very easy to set up, I believe one was fully lit and up and running in less than five minutes and I have never installed one of these. .- The "fabric" of the softbox doesn't seem cheap, although the prongs are very similar to, say, an umbrella, so I'm guessing they can bend easily if not properly cared for. - The power cords are long, but not fun. I would guess maybe 3-5 feet
