no more kickstarters! I bought this to convert a starter on a 96.300 Fourtrax. It's a complete makeover (everything you need). This is the second starter I've rebuilt, the first was a lawn mower starter which was a bit simpler. But the whole process took about 30 minutes. To do this, the starter is switched off, reassembled and switched on again. There are several videos on YouTube that show you how to restore it if you are unsure. I did this. I am now about 3 months old and now everything is starting great.
