Review on Hourglass Timer Glass Magnetic Sculpture by Nikki Byrd

I had these hourglasses a few years ago and now work from home and wanted to start sitting/standing but it was hard for me. This is the perfect encouragement! A 30 minute timer is enough for me to get up and focus, and 5 minutes is a good stretch break to relax before focusing again. Black and white colors are neutral, adapt to any room and are very affordable. The magnetic sculpture is a nice touch, but I'm not sure how often I'll use it. When I received the package, I heard broken glass. When I opened it, the big one was actually broken. I immediately emailed the customer service email address on the attached photo receipt. They responded quickly and professionally and sent me a new replacement in the mail in no time! Incredible customer service! Highly recommended and will remember gifts for others. I'm always afraid of ordering glassware from Revain, but this company guarantees customer satisfaction.
