Two left sided rails.

The 22" rails look strong enough. Only issue I have is that it is awkward flipping the left side rail release UP and the righ side rail release DOWN when removing the drawer. Should have beena matched pair - one for left side with release up and one for right side with release also up.

This product was easy to install, works well with my Mac tool cart.
