As a soccer referee, I sometimes spend hours on my feet at the weekend. By the 2nd or 3rd game my knees were tired and sore. I picked up this pair of compression knee pads to see if they would help. I'm so glad I did. These sleeves were comfortable and recovery after use was much better. What I liked is that they don't slip or move when worn for hours because there is a silicone pattern on the inside of the sleeve (see my photo). Unlike some of the neoprene sleeves I've had, these don't clump. All in all, if you are looking for a comfortable compression sleeve that will keep your knees feeling good, give this one a try.
