I want to return this phone as it is not a reliable phone. People can't hear me and always hang up. This is more for the blind than for the hard of hearing. When I dial the number, the woman speaks to me and tells me what number I dialed! I DO NOT NEED this feature, it is a feature that a BLIND person needs. I bought this phone because I wanted to hear the person on the other end of the line better. But after having this phone since March 2021, it's only getting worse. I wish I could return it! Only buy this phone if you are blind.
