Clamps arrived quickly Clamp strength is what I want to discuss if you are familiar with pony clamps. The same size pony clip has 8-10x clamping force, strong tensioning, I would say 3x tensioning force. So remember that they are meant for light work. I'd say they hold the flat work in place, but if you need to secure something based on weight I'd go with Pony Clanp or similar. Hope that helps.
