We have a 45 lb Vizla and a 75 lb Weimaraner. We ordered a large size hoping it would be big enough for our larger dog - it does and sometimes both dogs fit (although I would recommend the larger size if hoping to fit two medium and large dogs fits). ). It's well made and I wasn't initially impressed with the thickness (3 inch thick egg crate material base) but seems to be more than enough for my dogs. Both dogs love having their arms raised - this seems to keep them from falling off the sides of the bed (like they do on their flat bed) and they keep their chins on them the whole time. This bed will NOT withstand digging (the fabric is strong but not strong enough to withstand digging) and I don't think it's waterproof at all, although you can remove the cover and toss it in the washing machine fairly easily. My dogs love it, it looks good, seems well made - hence 5 stars from me. If you have a dog with bladder problems or a digger then I would look elsewhere - otherwise I would absolutely recommend this one.
