Not Durable Enough for Busy Kitchen
Using this product, our team found that it didn't hold up well in an industrial and scientific kitchen environment. The porcelain ceramic isn't strong enough to withstand heavy use and multiple washings. Although it's visually appealing, it's not worth the investment for a food service establishment.
