The best part of this program is being able to see and listen to all of my team in one place. It's easy to use and it's easy to navigate. I wish that we could have more customization of the stream and the stream itself. If you are looking to be able to see all of your team in one place, this is the program for you. It's easy to use and it helps you to be more efficient. We are now able to listen and be able to keep up with everyone's tasks. I like that this is one of many tools we use at work for our business operations - it's easy enought for anyone with basic computer skills (and even those without) but powerful enough so you don't have to be super tech-savvy or trained in IT/ITIL processes etc. The interface could do some fine tuning as well! It has been very useful when troubleshooting issues internally using remote desktop software such as Teamviewer which are not available locally due to Covid restrictions within my workplace.
