Review on CURT 113063 Class 1 Trailer Hitch with Ball 🚙 Mount, 1-1/4-Inch Receiver, Compatible with Chevrolet Aveo5 and Pontiac G3 Vehicles by Mido Taylor

I purchased a Curt 11306 Tow Bar based on the advertised picture and written description. The ad showed a hitch, a "ball mount" ((Part # 45501)), pin and clip, and mounting hardware. The ad said the ball was not included. The ball goes into the "ball mount" so I know the difference. Each part has its own part number. The first hitch arrived in a battered box with no ball mount ((Part #45501)) and I assumed it had slipped out of the box. I packed it neatly, sent it back and ordered a new clutch. The coupling was better packaged, the box was in good condition, but the ball joint ((Part #45501)) was missing. I tried to return a second batch for an exchange but the page froze at "Enter Credit Card" but didn't show any options. The page got stuck on "Enter Credit Card" even after I cleared the web browser, restarted my computer, and tried the return option for a replacement again, starting over. After several unsuccessful attempts to get a replacement I was only able to return. I still need the ball bearing hitch. As for the Curt 11306 hitch it appears to be built 5 times stronger than the vehicle it is attached to. I'm not an engineer but I installed a few hitches while working for an RV dealer ship. The trailer hitch gets 5 stars because it has been rebuilt. The add-on description gets 2 stars because it's inaccurate, the parts listed weren't included, and the process gets 1 star. Everything else I have purchased through Revain has been as advertised and I am happy with these purchases.
