As a nurse I needed a lotion that was really good at moisturizing as my hands are dry and cracked from frequent washing. And if you work in a hospital, you know that the lotion the hospital provides won't help. This one worked really well, especially for the price. I probably put it on about 3 times in 13 hours. The only downside is that it smells very strongly of coconut lol. I like the smell of coconut but it's too strong.
