Fibers The Revolution - Black Dyed Merino Wool Rove - High quality 21 micron wool roving that is dark black in color and soft to the touch. It is very easy to comb, all fibers lie neatly together and there are no plant remains to be seen. It was easy to pull out a small amount of fiber while playing with it, but I couldn't twist my fingers enough to make yarn. I may use this for needle felting because I think it will make cute decorations for Halloween. The ad said the package weighed 4 ounces, but I weighed it and found it only weighed 3.8 ounces.
