If you have a very thin child, these pants are perfect for you! They are very narrow at the waist. I think they're a bit long, but they're easy to hem. My son has 3T. I ordered 3T and ended up exchanging for 4T and finally decided to return those as well. The pants are very cute. Seems well done. Good fabric but too tight at the waist. My son is 2.5 and 36 pounds but he's quite tall so he's pretty average in the midsection but the 3T pants cut into his hips. I ordered the 4T because I knew they would need to be hemmed naturally, but when I tried on the 4T they were so long that the pant leg no longer tapered properly to give the pant a skinny look and there it was this the look i was looking for , i decided to return them.
