The company does not officially sell some devices in 2022, and therefore does not support them. Therefore, to control the humidifier from the Xiaomi Home app, you need to set the Chinese time on your phone and the Chinese region in the app.
Considering that there is no strict need to control the humidifier from the phone (filled it in, turned it on and it works for a week), I consider this an OPPORTUNITY, and not as a DISADVANTAGE.
