This stove complements the Viking gas stove. We use this oven for toast and snacks. It's large on its own and will cook a large chicken with ease. It looks good and works well. The downsides are that the direction of rotation of the selector knob is the opposite of what you would expect. Also unreliable contact of the start button. Sometimes you have to strike a second time. The toaster mode is not fast, but it is consistent and convenient. In Convection Bake mode, cookies or anything that lays flat on the pan will tend to overcook on the bottom. I started putting a drip tray under the grill and that balanced things out. I never use non-convection baking. Despite the grumbling above, I love the oven and use it almost daily.
