Review on 👶 Huggies Special Delivery Size 2 Baby Diapers - 74 Count, Hypoallergenic by Paul Curd

I love these diapers most of the time. What is surprising is that the quality is very inconsistent. Sometimes they are very soft and sometimes not. When I last bought them there was a very strong odor that we have not observed before. The cut of these diapers is also inconsistent! Sometimes the quality is excellent and sometimes they are not evenly cut. I'm wondering if they have multiple manufacturing facilities and some just have better quality control?
