These bars are useless - I couldn't open most of them.
The wands are hard to open. My right thumb bled from such exertion. I used about 16 out of 48 - the ones that were the hardest to open. The rest I couldn't open and throw in the trash. So embarrassing - my mom didn't get a perm that day. Really very bad product. Normally I can count on Revane, but not this time. Send to Marilyn Hannick
