I received the coffee table after assembling it and placing it where I wanted to clean and polish the glass top. While cleaning my finger was cut by a shard of glass in the corner, which I didn't notice. I found that inside the package, the chip was still stuck in the foam corner wrap. I call Revain CS and although the rep was very nice. I was told to take the table apart, repack it up and they would send a driver to pick it up. He said they would try to find a replacement for me. I asked what it means to TRY to find a replacement? He said Ashley wasn't just going to replace the glass, so they would have to pick it up. I explained that I love this table and that it matches my last table. I also gave my old table away when I got the new one. My suggestion was when the new glass arrived I replaced the glass with the damaged glass. Saved me hours disassembling and packing a damaged coffee table and then unpacking and reassembling a new one. I'm not sure what you're thinking, but it makes sense to me. By the way, this table weighs about 100 pounds and has a ladder. The CS rep took me to the packaging department where I was told the computers were down and they needed to call me back. There he is. Not sure if I'm getting a new table, a new glass, or just a really big hassle? Except glass and customer service. I would recommend a table. It works well with a sectional sofa and modern decor.
