I had a mission: Customize my Switch and its accessories with the main console's marketing color: Red. Those interchangeable buttons and D-Pad do the job well. They look good and have a velvety finish that won't distract you while gaming. My only complaint is that the ridge that lifts the d-pad off the board is short, meaning the d-pad entries are more prone to unwanted pressure even after some of the contact points have been covered with tape. I need to somehow increase the height of the divot to ensure that only the direction I click is the input received. If you feel like this is going to be a problem (if you play Tetris, you will), I recommend just using the keys unless you're willing to put in the extra work to get the D - Repair pad notch.
