Precise but hard - my new review
I do feel like this pencil has changed over the years. I bought this years ago and while it was somewhat stiff then, it's hard now with less pigment payoff than before. You have to press down quite a bit to get color. I also can't use this to line my waterline as even the lightest shade is a little too dark/ yellow for me. But it does work well once it's a bit warmed up as precise spot coverage and highlight for the inner corner of the eye.
- Covers spider veins on my face. Medium color is the best go me. Love love love it!
- Not creamy enough for my uses, but a good pencil.
