Ideal/reliable in kitchen and dining room
My old one was cut and food got stuck in cracks and holes. If you cut one, buy a new one as food scraps will rot in the cracks or inside and can become very smelly if not dangerous. Great product and I will be careful not to use it without the Vitamix attachment. The product hits the blades directly without hitting them.
