5 stars simply for the combination of quality, brightness and price. They appear to be very well built. They were surprised by the rain, survived Tropical Storm Elsa and went to the car wash three times. There are no signs of water ingress. You can probably find a better light, but nowhere near this price. They are almost too bright. I installed them on a kayak stand. We do night kayak tours in the swamp. It's really nice to be able to turn them all on and light up the entire landing zone while sorting and charging my gear. One feature of this set (which I didn't like initially) was the ability to toggle it from 'drive mode' to 'spotlight mode'. There are no instructions, but if you quickly turn the lights on, off, and back on, they change modes. It seemed tedious when you had to turn them on and off and turn them back on to get the mode you wanted. It turns out that if you set them to the mode you want and leave the light on for a few seconds, the next time you turn it on, it stays in that mode. It only changes mode when you flicker them.
