Valuable purchase, nothing but pluses!
Great lens. I use on 7r3. Very wide. Maybe I haven't grown up yet. About the same feeling I had a few years ago from 1635, then 2470 seemed ideal to me. Now 1635 is perfect for me, and 1224 is the next step in my evolution). Once again, the lens is excellent. By the way, "excellent" portraits are obtained at 12mm, I quietly took pictures of my wife) If she saw them, she would probably file for divorce))
Pros
- Lightweight, compact, sharp, does not distort. The last one is relative to the width.
