Review on 🐶 JKEEMI Reflective Dog Collar: Martingale Training Collars with Quick Release Snap Buckle for Small, Medium, and Large Dogs by Nikki Byrd

Millie the Hound walks great with a leash on the collar and responds very well to martingale collars when we go for walks. I thought the buckle on this martingale would be more comfortable than the more common buckleless versions - and it is. HOWEVER the buckle failed twice within a few days: Yesterday it came loose on one side while we were outside which resulted in it getting so stuck I thought I'd have to cut the collar off of it. Today he did the same after I put it on her and I tugged twice on the buckle to make sure it was securely fastened. Half slipped and got stuck. Now I walk her with this collar and her normal collar while waiting for the harness and the martingale without a buckle. I don't play games with the buckles on my dogs collars and harnesses - they either work well and are reliable or they don't. I don't feel safe with this collar because of the sketchy buckle and I don't recommend it for that reason.
