Wrong replacement wick size
I have Pro-Care humidifiers (3) and bought them to be built in. But they are not the right size. A little wider and not high enough to work well. I used a homemade strap to hold them in place for work - more or less, but I'm very annoyed. These humidifiers work well when containing a good new wick, but performance degrades as the wicks age. If you use white vinegar or citric acid to dissolve the calcium, they may last a while, but it's worth installing new wicks in the long run. But not this one. You are the wrong size.
