This hair is perfect crochet spring twist, and I say that as someone who has done them with regular braiding hair.I used single strand crochet style, not cornrow crochet. So I sectioned my own hair into 2 strand twists, then crocheted the hair on and wrapped my hair around it. I have 4C so it stays put on it's own.The length changes, but I expect that because it's spring twist. It is 10 inches, curly. However, if you're pulling on the twists while putting it in, it's going to straighten and be longer. As you wear the hair, it's also going to lengthen. You can always hot water set it if you want it shorter and curler again.The hair is lightweight. I purchased 2 orders which is 6 packs and used all of them. When I do this style again. I will probably make my individual sections a little bigger, to use less of the crochet hair. Hair is good out the pack, no smell at all.Definitely purchasing again.
