These walkie talkies were bought for camping use. Our kids love going to camp and as they become more independent they want to do it more on their own. They're not outdated enough for phones yet, so having them was the perfect solution. They have only been used 3 times. Sound quality was excellent and relatively easy to use, although there were some confusing programming issues. The last time we used it, one of the walkie-talkie buttons wouldn't be pressed, rendering it unusable. For the price we paid we expected longer durability. Slightly disappointing in durability. *** Update July 7, 2020 I contacted support about a walkie talkie. They responded within an hour and fixed the entire situation within a few days.
