Hello! I never write reviews but I had to. I ordered this in the summer but never tried it because honestly I didn't think it would work. Background. I've had incredibly sweaty hands since I was 8 years old. It interfered with my life in a way only those who suffered could understand. Now I'm 30 and in medical school - lots of human touch and manipulation lab since I've been in osteopathic school. I was so scared of this lab, history and physics lab because I can't shake hands with anyone let alone study. My hands absorb the exam papers. Most social things can get awkward. I tried Drysol and even went to the doctor to have a sympathectomy, a drastic and scary decision. She suggested trying other treatments first and I started getting botox injections which are very helpful but not very helpful in anxiety situations and only if I do them regularly which requires anesthesia. I decided to give it a try on a whim for OMM - again all touching lab in med school. Of course I also had injections in September, but they don't help when I'm already worried about the practice that was today. I have to tell you that the results amazed me. My hands stayed warm and dry for an hour - not that long, and my fingertips were still slightly damp - but this was the first use. I can't believe an application has worked better than a prescription dry solution! And all the other wipes I've tried. I couldn't believe my hands were so warm, dry and normal when I diagnosed my partner! They wanted to sweat but didn't. I'm attaching a photo to show they were so dry they looked cracked. I wanted to thank you for changing my life. I wish it had taken longer, but I will keep applying. I had such confidence that I could focus on my studies instead of feeling ashamed. I encourage anyone with hyperhidrosis to try this. I'll try to find a comparison photo that shows the beads of sweat on my hands. After the labs, when the stress of the practical exam was over and I was back to normal life, I even felt like I needed lotion! I am enthusiastic about Carpe.
